Parents/guardians must complete a registration and consent form. Participants must follow program rules. DAP In Motion reserves the right to remove participants for safety or behavioral reasons.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Grant funding is not guaranteed. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
